Konnect Dots is a directory. We help people find professionals and let those professionals be found. We are not a party to whatever you agree with each other. Using the site means accepting what follows.
Konnect Dots is an independent service operated from India. It is not yet incorporated as a company. We mention this because you are entitled to know who is behind a site before relying on it — when the entity is registered, its name and address will be shown here.
We publish profiles of professionals and pass enquiries to them. That is the whole of our role. In particular:
Any booking, price, schedule or refund is agreed directly between the client and the professional. If something goes wrong between you, we can try to put you back in touch, but we cannot settle it and are not responsible for the outcome.
Profile content — descriptions, photos, videos, skills and prices — is supplied by the professionals themselves. We format and publish it; we do not independently verify most of it.
Where a profile shows a "Verified" badge, that means we carried out a basic identity check. It is not a statement about the quality of anyone's work.
Prices are indicative. They are entered by professionals in their own terms and the unit varies by trade — per hour, per event, per person and so on — so figures are not directly comparable between professions. Always confirm the price and what it includes before booking.
We may edit, hide or remove a profile that is inaccurate, misleading, in breach of these terms, or the subject of credible complaints.
A professional can share a private portfolio link. These are unlisted rather than password-protected: they are excluded from search engines, but anyone holding the link can open it. Share them accordingly.

The Konnect Dots name, design and site content belong to us. Profile content belongs to the professional who supplied it. You may link to any public page freely.
Listing a profile and contacting a professional are currently free. A paid Pro plan exists but is not being charged for, and we will not begin charging any existing user without telling them first and giving them the option to decline.
If we do introduce charges, terms covering billing, renewal and refunds will be added here before any payment is taken.
We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any listing is current. Features may change or be withdrawn. This is a small operation offered free of charge, and we would rather set that expectation honestly than imply a guarantee we cannot back.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your dealings with a professional or client you found here, from anything a professional did or failed to do, from reliance on a profile, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
